I’ve been a consistent smoker for about 10 years now. Am 26, have always had a thick head of healthy hair. Both my dad and my grandfathers never had this problem. I also eat poorly and don’t exercise.
I know hair loss is from a chemical that produces DHT that causes hair to fall out. Can smoking marijuana contribute to this?

no, just brain cells and jobs…. dumb stoner
i don’t think so. I’ve been a smoker for about 8 years now, and my hair is still so thick that sometimes i wish it would start falling out. Besides, my dad’s been smoking since he was 16, and he didn’t start losing hair…but he does have a receding hair line…but that’s cuz he’s almost 60 now. And his hair isn’t thinning, just receding.
Yes. DHT contains a compound where it destroys the skin and hair folicals. This compound stays in your body forever unless you detox from it and stop using it.
It can because it can thin the blood which is fine unless you get a cut but it also if the blood is thin it can carry out enough Vitamin A which helps you hair and nails grow so yes it can make you lose your hair.
Oh and to the ass that call you a “dumb stoner”. IT”S A CHOISE AND IT AIN’T YOURS.
Peace dude.
yes it can, dispite many people using it for medicinal purposes it kills cells in your body and def contributes to early aging, therefore hair loss is one of its side effects, smoking it for so long not only has negative effects on your hair but on your brain cells and also the chemicals that balance moods in your body,
No, and what Nicky said is completely false, marijuana doesn’t kill healthy cells in your body. In fact, it has been proven to kill dangerous/unhealthy cells in the body. It’s also used medicinally for anxiety and stress which means that a persons overall level of happiness is generally greater. Less stress means less potential for hair loss.
