Not sure about growing hair, but it does a good job of cleaning without leaving hair too dry.

This product didn’t make my hair grow any faster, but it did make my hair shiny and soft. It had a nice scent too. Like vanilla or something. It doesn’t work for the first week, but have patience! It really does help your hair.
