i also have it pcois and un wanted hair but dont shave or use hair off facial buffer the buffer hurts and dont realy help but there is lazer hair removel but it is costy good luck girl ALSO READ PCOS BY COLETTE HARRIS WITH DR ADAM CAREY IT IS A GREAT BOOK

It depends on where you're trying to remove the hair from. Waxing is the best method for me, I've found. That or a mousse depilatory, such as Nair.

I don’t have the right answer for you, but I do have support. I also have PCOS. I’m 18 and got diagosed at age 17. It is hard to deal with it. I don't know for definet, but my theory is that if it is the Polcystic Ovary Syndrome is causing the hair growth, there probolly isn't much that can be done other than the laser, waxing, tweasing, shaving, and etc. However, if you are up for it, I would suggest asking your docter what he/she would recomend doing about it.

Have you asked your doctor about Vaniqua? sp It is a prescription facial cream that slows down the growth of unwanted hair, until it does not grow back.
