Alright so right now my hair is a little bit past my shoulders and it has some big curls on my under layer of hair (natural) and I was wondering if there was a way to grow my hair faster? I want it maybe like up to my belly button. I am under 13 so I can’t really go anywhere past my block and defanitly can’t drive and I don’t really have any hair products and I want this to be safe for my hair. Thanks!
Well if you can get your parents to drive you to the store or maybe they can just pick some up for you…..there is a hair shampoo and conditioner (also other products to go along as well) called NIOXIN. It makes your hair grow a lot faster than just going it alone. The only reason I know is my best friend used to dye her hair every other week and her hair ended up falling out and breaking off so bad she was almost bald…..Scary! Anywho she used that shampoo and conditioner for about a month and her hair was growing back so fast. She now has better hair than she did to begin with. So that is just an idea. You can buy it at alot of hair supply stores….Utla, Sally Beauty Supply, Etc.

There is nothing that is going to help your hair grow faster. Hair grows for a couple of months and then it will stop, take a break. But you can do things to keep it healthy, conditioning it, taking vitamins and getting it trimmed every six weeks.

If it appears that your hair isn’t growing it is because your hair is damaged and keeps breaking. I used these methods to grow my hair from very short to very long and they work. First, get ONE good trim with VERY sharp scissors (dull scissors crush hair and cause more split ends, damage and breaking). Daily use conditioner AND a leave-in conditioner/detangler. Stay away from blow drying, curling irons, perms, towel drying, alcohol based hair products, etc., these will dry and damage your hair. This next part is most important and difficult, for stopping and preventing split-ends. Singe or have your hair singed by a professional. IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS, DO NOT DO IT! YOU WILL BURN ALL OF THE HAIR OFF OF YOUR HEAD!!!!!!!!!!! No offense, but get someone older to do this, DO NOT DO THIS YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will try to describe the process, if you decide you want to try it. First, clean and dry hair (air dry, not towel), use no conditioning or styling products. Secondly, twist (similar to playing with your hair)small batches of hair very tightly( you want NO AIR between strands of hair), using lit candle (or similar low heat flame) glide it up and down the twisted strands(REMEMBER TO KEEP IT TWISTED TIGHTLY). Do this for your entire head. When done, shampoo, condition, apply leave-in conditioner, and air dry(not blow dry). Stay away from blow drying, curling irons, perms, towel drying, alcohol based hair products, etc., these will dry and damage your hair and you will have to singe again. This usually need be done only once a year ( depending on hair loss and replacement(normal loss and replacement is a normal and natural process(every one loses X strands of hair per day/year))) . Of course, singeing is optional, but all of the other advice should be followed.
