Very informative. I actually use Aveda products ..however sometimes it can get expensive. If u can get Neutregena shampoo and get its conditioner and use AVEDA DAMAGE REMEDY intensive treatment in the tube u have is also effective. My hair grew so much with this regimen . IT ACTUALLY GOT THICKER AS WELL.

This video was sooo good and informative thank you!!! I have natural afro textured hair and am actually learning how to care for my delicate hair. I will be using an applicator bottle to mix the shampoo and water to apply solution directly to my scalp. I tend to get itchy scalp now I know that shampoo is for the scalp!!!
