Hi, I’m happy to hear you’re better now. Unfortunately, you’ll just have to be patient. As it grows you can fancy it up a bit with pretty clips and headbands.

Hi, it’s best to take all the B vitamins, not just two of them because they work together in your body. Find a good B complex supplement or simply take a daily multivitamin which has all you need.

Could I just take B6 and B12? because thats what I already have at home, will it be effective?

Hi, I know that can be very hard. Sorry, I don’t have much advice on asthma as I don’t have personal experience with it. I’ve heard that having a long-term inhaler like- Advair can really help. I would talk to your doctor about your desire to exercise and your difficulty with asthma. There are always new things coming out and he/she may have a great suggestion for you.

Thanks SOO much for the advice!! I was wondering though, I have really bad asthma, even when I take meds and go jogging I get winded. Do you have any suggestions about how to jog outside and get around that? Thanks so much!

If you take really good care of your hair being careful not to damage it and conditioning it regularly and using a leave-in conditioner, you should be able to extend the time between haircuts quite a bit. When you notice that your hair looks like it could use a trim, take off the minimum amount. Try to wait three months between trims until you’ve added some length.

  • itsmithila says:

Hi, thanks so much for sharing that info. That’s a wonderful alternative and a terrific cardio exercise!

  • BiaSchoen says:

Great vid! I would like to add something to the excercise issue. There are a lot of people who physically cannot jog. I am one of them, I have arthrosis in the lower back and a splay foot (obese ppl have difficulties jogging too). I recommend a mini (indoor) trampolin/rebounder. Good ones are around 200. Physios use them, too. Maybe book yourself for one or two consecutive hours with a physio to learn how to do it properly, and then off you go. Hours of fun and good excercise!
